Beth’s journey began as a deep-rooted desire to create change and make a difference in the lives of neurodivergent individuals. In 2016, Beth ventured into uncharted territory, determined to change the lives neurodivergent individuals by reemoving barriers that prevented them from long term employment. 

This journey was not just a professional endeavor for her, but one deeply influenced by her own family's challenges and triumphs. As a mother of two children with neurodivergent traits, Beth intimately understood the frustrations and hurdles faced by individuals and their advocates. It was this intimate connection that fueled her passion and commitment.

Beth has real world experience, having more than a decade of direct experience identifying, assessing and hiring neurodivergent employees into a wide variety of jobs and across different industries. With over 25 years of direct hands-on Human Resources experience, she truly understands the challenges faced by human resource leaders, DEI professionals and educators to handle the difficult and often complex conversations around performance, accommodation and well-being.

Drawing from her years of experiences, Beth dove into the challenges faced by organizations and businesses, navigating the complexities of performance, accommodation, and overall well-being. She gained a profound understanding of these struggles, empathizing deeply with the individuals and organizations involved.

Today, Beth's unique perspective allows her to offer practical solutions for the complex conversations surrounding neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.  What started as a job soon became her life's passion.
